Note For staying shorter than 3 days you pay 30% more. In period from 01/06 to 31/08 reservations can be made only for arrivals and departures on Saturdays. Minimum stay is 7 nights. All prices are expressed in euro. The price includes residence tax, electricity, wather, dishes, tablewater, bedclothes, towels and final cleaning. Pets are not welcome. |
Method of payment
The payment is made in two installments. A 30% deposit is paid in advance upon booking. The remainder of the price is paid upon arrival.
The payment can be made to the foreign- exchange account using the bank transfer:
- Payer: Full name and residential address of the reservation holder

Arrival / Departure
On the day of your arrival, you may enter the rented accommodation unit after 4:00 pm, and on the day of departure you are obliged to leave the accommodation by 10:00 am, unless otherwise stated. Should the guest, on the day of his arrival, enter the reserved accommodation after 8:00 pm he is obliged to call us beforehand to announce his late arrival.
Cancelling reservation
In the event of cancellation, the advance deposit is not refundable.
